Litigation Attorney Job Description

KLL is looking for an all-star commercial/business litigator with at least 6 years of experience to assist with our vibrant and growing practice.
You must have experience managing complex cases in state and federal courts; supervising/mentoring attorneys and staff; managing extensive document discovery; taking/defending depositions; writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision; and preparing for trial.
This is also an opportunity for an entrepreneurial lawyer to learn about the business of practicing law.
Must be admitted to practice in Louisiana.
